TENDER NOTICE

Sealed tender are invited from bonafide suppliers/concern suppliers for supplying miscellaneous articles. The rate of miscellaneous articles will not exceed the M.R.P (Maximum Retail Price) rate. List of Miscellaneous articles will be available at Forms Section at Police Office, Jangipur Police District for the year 2021- 2022. The list of Miscellaneous articles copy containing terms and condition will be available from Forms Section, Police Office, Jangipur Police District during office hours. Sealed tender to be scribed as “TENDER FOR SUPPLYING MISCELLANEOUS ARTICLES” addressed to the undersigned should positively be submitted within 07 (seven) days from the date of publication in daily News Paper and at Forms section, Police Office, Jangipur Police District, with security money deposit of Rs. 10000/ (Ten thousand) only i.e NSC/KVP/ Bank Draft in favour of Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District for Miscellaneous articles. The sealed tender will be opened in presence of respective/owner of the concern suppliers.

TERMS AND CONDITION:

1)      The tender should be submitted the last date of receipt of tender within 7 (seven) days from the date of publication by 16.00 hrs and will be opened on the same day after 16.00 hrs in the office of the undersigned at Jangipur Police District.

2)      Tender should be addressed to Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District.

3)      All the Tenders must submit valid Tax, Income Tax, GST certificate, PAN Number along with their Tenders.

4)      All the tenders have to deposit Rs 10,000/ (Ten thousand) as security money through NSC/KVP/ Bank Draft to be pledged in favour of the undersigned.

5)      Tenders will be opened in presence of the Tenders who may like to attend.

6)      The undersigned deserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of the tender without assigning any reason.

7)      List of articles can be had from Forms section, Police Office, Jangipur Police District from

during office hours.
