Notice Inviting Quotation

               Sealed quotation is invited from bona fide/Govt. Registered/Enlisted Suppliers/Contractors/ Reputed firms to supply the following articles for the office of the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District. The sealed quotation is to be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, on the envelope, including the memo number at the top of the envelope.

             The Quotation’s articles may be obtained from the office of the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District. The quoted rates should not exceed the Maximum Retail Price as per Government Rule and shall be inclusive of all charges and taxes. They are also requested to drop off the quotation along with a photocopy of a self-attested GST Registration Certificate, a trade license, a PAN card, etc.

              The quotation should be reached at this office on or before September 16, 2023, at 2 p.m. and will be opened on September 17, 2023, at 2 p.m.

              The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation without assigning any reason whatsoever.
