TENDER NOTICE

 

Sealed tenders are invited from the reputed firms with previous experience in the matter for placing of one mechanized boat under disposal of Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District for plying riverine PS's. Tenderers should deposite i) safety / Fitness certificate of wooden Motor Launches from comply of photo from each side, ii) certificate of Navigation in respect of Sareng and Boatman, iii) Certificate of Registration of GST and challan with effect from July 2020, iv) Certificate of Bank Solvency and v) Copy of I.T returns for last three years and rate or hiring charges per Launch excluding fuel ( Diesel & Engine Oil) along with interest free security money Rs. 15,000/- (  Rupees fifteen thousand). The running of the proposed hired boat shall be within 250 hours per month. No overtime hour is allowed. The period of contract of hiring in the financial year 2021-22.

The renderer should be in readiness to place their launches along with necessary valid certificate for inspection which would be intimated to them in due course. The tender should be addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District, Pin- 742225 in a sealed cover- scribed “ TENDER FOR PERMANENT FIRING OF LAUNCHERS FOR JANGIPUR POLICE DISTRICT”  and be dropped along with current Income Tax Clearance Certificate in the tender box kept in the office of the Motor Transport Section, Police Line Jangipur Police District. The last date of receipt of tender within 14 days from the date of publication by 16:00 hrs at the same address.

TERMS AND CONDITION

1. The tender should be submitted the last date of receipt of tender within 14 days from the date of publication by 16:00 hrs and will be opened on the same day after 16:00 hrs in the Office of the undersigned at Jangipur Police District.

2.       2.  Tender should be addressed to Superintendent of Police, Jangipur Police District.

3.       3.   Brand name and specifications of each items must be mentioned in the tender.

4.       4.   All the tenderers must submit valid GST number, Pan number. Sale Tax and Income Tax clearance certificate along with their tenders.

5.       5.   All the tenders have to deposit  Rs 15,000/- ( fifteen thousand) as security money through NSC/KVP/Bank Draft to be pledged in favour of the undersigned.

6.       6.     Tender will be opened in presence of the tenders who may like to attend.

7.       7.   The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of the tender without assigning any reason.
