TENDER NOTICE

The Superintendent of Police ,Jangipur Police District invites sealed tenders from bonafide  suppliers having sufficient nos. of credential , for supply of  Printing articles in connection with the ensuing Panchayat General Election , 2023 for office use for the units of Jangipur Police District. The schedule of items for which tender is being called may be obtained from the Office of the Superintendent of Police , Jangipur Police District during the office hours on all the working days after publication of Notice.

The Tender has to be submitted within 07 (Seven ) days from the date of publication of this Tender Notice.

Terms and Conditions :

1. Tender Form & list of articles may be had from Forms Section, Police Office, Jangipur Police District on any working day and office hour.

2. The rates quoted should include all taxes and charges. Conditional rates will not be accepted.

3. The articles supplied at accepted rate should be supplied within the stipulated date, failing which the undersigned reserves the right to cancel the order suo-moto.

4. No rates, higher than MRP will be accepted.

5. The tender should be submitted the last date of receipt of tender within 07 (Seven) days from the date of publication by 16.00 hrs and will be opened on the same day after 16.00 hrs in the office of the undersigned at Jangipur Police District.

6. Tender should be addressed to Superintendent of  Police, Jangipur Police District.

7. All the Tenders must submit valid P. Tax, Income Tax, GST certificate, PAN Number along with their Tenders.

8. All the tenders have to deposit Rs 10,000/- (Ten thousand) as security money through NSC/KVP/ Bank Draft to be pledged in favour of the undersigned.

9. Tenders will be opened in presence of the Tenders who may like to attend.

10. The undersigned deserves the right to accept or reject the whole or part of the tender without assigning any reason.
